When ordering vinyl online, delivery information is pretty important stuff. The chances are you may want to know a bit more about how our independent record store delivers to you. After all, you wouldn’t be ordering records online if you didn’t want to receive them!

Homeboy, you can save yourself some money on delivery and walk into the store! Use our ‘Click&Collect’ Button at the checkout, then grab some fresh air.  We will email you when your ‘Crate’ order is ready to collect.

UNITED KINGDOM AND THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Rest assured that you are buying vinyl records online from a shop that really is an independent record store. The staff processing your order may have been selling records instore or cooking pies just moments beforehand. We don’t operate from a national distribution centre, as we pride ourselves on being a local independent business that can still deliver direct to your door.

Our dedicated and experienced team are dedicated to Pie & Vinyl Online as much as they are the customers that walk into the shop. We really appreciate you’d love a delivery as soon as humanly possible, however, please be mindful we may need to take a pie out the oven first!

When ordering records online, because of the limited nature of vinyl records, at times archive stock may not be available straight away. Likewise, it may take a while for us to source it but either way, we will ensure you are kept up to date regardless.

With New Release dates, when ordering new ordering vinyl online, we do our very best to get this title as near to release date as possible. It’s the same with those indie record shop exclusives and those limited Dinked editions. In the event a record is delayed, moved or our suppliers have problems, we will notify you with a rough estimate for delivery. Sometimes these things are out of control, so we ask you to be patient with us.

As an online independent records store, unlike some of the more corporate websites, we can still add the personal touch. As such, we have been known to include a gift or two if the items are going to be late.

Further Delivery Information

For shipping times and further delivery information, please see options at the checkout. Basically, we will let you know of any problems or hold-ups straight away.

Please note, we are unable to ship any orders on Sundays or public holidays.

If you purchase a mixed ‘crate’ of already released LP’s and new Release titles – we will typically hold your box until the last item is released. You can ask us to ship individually, however, this may include additional costs. Contact us at retail@pieandvinyl.co.uk for more delivery information.

We take a walk to the local post office once a day to send these items to you. All the goods we send will be sent registered post and wrapped as carefully as possible. You can also expect a surprise or two in the box upon delivery!

We also aim to recycle any packaging, as we really are ethically minded creatures.

Wow – we are amazed that you have even heard about us, so we must be doing something right! Thank you for your interest and we are pretty sure we can ship to you. First of all, we may need to get quotes and such like, so please email retail@pieandvinyl.co.uk and let us know what you are interested in and what country you live in. We will come back to you with delivery information and an overall quote, which will cover insurance details.

RETURNS

Ahhh man, that’s a shame if you wish to return something. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. First of all, if we can ask you please email retail@pieandvinyl.co.uk and let us know what’s wrong.

Please wait for a reply before sending your package back, we are sure there’s a good reason, it’s just nice to know beforehand.

Then, when you have had confirmation, please post the item back to us at Pie & Vinyl towers:

We suggest that when returning a damaged or “doesn’t fit” item, consider shipping via a trackable and insured method. We are unable to accept responsibility for a no show, it also means someone else won’t be able to enjoy the product instead.

Also, please include a small note stating why you have returned this, and what you would like to happen next. Along with your personal details. It’s just we can keep it old school that way.

All the fine clothing must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition, then we can put back into stock where necessary, ready for the next customer.

We must be notified here of your return within 10 days from the date you received the item. Please note in some instances we may not be able to provide a refund. Any questions please get in touch and we will do all we can to answer any queries.
